Job summary

Code and Theory is seeking a Workfront Implementation Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end agency deployments from discovery through go-live. You will own the project lifecycle, sequence configurations, and manage dependencies while coordinating with architecture and governance pods.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Workfront, strong configuration/ integration knowledge, risk management skills, and comfort with remote collaboration across time zones; travel ~ every 6 weeks is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading Workfront implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Workfront configuration and integrations.
• Experience in global, distributed delivery and remote facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from discovery through go-live.
• Build and manage detailed project plans and schedules.
• Lead cadences, reviews, and stage-gate approvals.
• Coordinate with Hypercare, Enhancement, and Governance pods.
• Capture changes and route via Change Control process.
• Identify risks, scope creep, and resource gaps early.
• Maintain clear communication with agency partners.
