• Lead planning, implementation and oversight of training and educational programs to meet goals and metrics.
• Design student-focused initiatives promoting engagement, mentoring, retention and use of college resources.
• Develop and implement strategies to support program effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Conduct needs assessments and translate findings into impactful programming.
• Monitor program performance and evaluate outcomes to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with campus departments and external partners to expand opportunities for students.
• Provide guidance and ongoing program support to students and community stakeholders.
• Manage communications, outreach, recruitment and events related to programs.
• Develop training materials and program documentation; prepare budgets and reports.
