Dallas College is seeking an experienced Facilitator, Allied Health, Workforce & Continuing Education to deliver high-quality workforce training programs that prepare learners for success in today’s healthcare industry.

You will partner with employers, industry professionals, and students to create meaningful learning experiences, design curriculum and assessments, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with college policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, delivering and evaluating workforce or professional training programs.
• Understanding adult learning principles and engaging diverse learners.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop practical solutions.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
• Organized, self-directed and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Facilitates workforce training, projects and initiatives with business and industry partners.
• Trains students in assigned classes when qualified and needed.
• Maintains current knowledge of in-demand occupations and credentials.
• Identifies, plans, organizes and conducts workforce education training.
• Manages site-based instructional programs and initiatives.
• Provides students with program expectations and progressive evaluation methods.
• Maintains records as required by law and college procedures.
• Builds relationships with diverse stakeholders to respond to evolving needs.
