Kennywood is seeking a part-time Workforce Management Senior Supervisor in West Mifflin, PA. You will supervise the WFM team, assist with scheduling and timekeeping, and coordinate onboarding and training.

The role emphasizes leadership by example and operational excellence in a dynamic amusement-park environment. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in WFM or HR-related roles, experience in hospitality or parks, and strong Excel/Power BI capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of experience in a workforce management, operations management, or HR role are highly desired.
• Hospitality, amusement park, or tourism experience is a plus.
• Fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual skills are a plus.
