Job summary

Braven, a national nonprofit, is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Workforce Development in Chicago to connect Fellows with internships and jobs, supporting NIU, NLU, and Illinois Tech campuses. The role partners with Chicago Senior Directors to meet regional internship and employment goals and reports to the Associate Director of Workforce Strategy.

The role is based in Chicago, with in-person work 3 days a week and opportunities for collaborative events across campuses, with a focus on equitable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Source, track, and promote high-quality internships and jobs across all campuses.
• Manage campus-specific marketing and lead outreach campaigns via Salesforce.
• Manage and distribute curated opportunity listings to Fellows using Salesforce and Google Docs.
• Input and maintain outcomes data in Salesforce with a focus on campus-level accuracy.
