Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• 8+ years SQL development across SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, or similar.
• Proven track record building scalable data infrastructure and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead dashboards supporting key KPIs and metrics.
• Lead data architecture development to meet evolving business needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and IT for data requirements.
• Ingest and transform data from multiple sources with quality checks.
• Enforce data governance and a single source of truth.
• Translate data into actionable insights and root-cause analyses.
