Job summary

Danone North America seeks a Senior Specialist, Workforce Analytics & Reporting to deliver advanced analytics and BI solutions that enable data-driven decisions across the region. You will lead technical development, data governance, and reporting automation while guiding the team and resolving complex data issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in Workforce Analytics, HR Technology, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Reporting, or related areas.
• Advanced hands-on expertise developing Power BI dashboards, semantic models, DAX, and Power Query solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert and hands-on technical lead for Workforce Analytics and reporting solutions across North America.
• Design, develop, maintain, and improve enterprise Power BI dashboards, semantic models, KPIs, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions.
• Lead the technical development and enhancement of Workforce Analytics reporting platforms supporting HR technologies.
• Design and optimize data models, reporting architecture, ETL/data transformation processes, and reporting automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain complex data integration, transformation, reconciliation, and validation processes across multiple HR systems.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting of complex reporting, dashboard, data integration, and data quality issues.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, reconciliation, reporting consistency, and quality through standardized controls and validation processes.
• Lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce manual activities and improve reporting efficiency.
