Job summary

Galderma seeks a Senior Workforce Analytics Analyst to support our Contact Center WFM function. You will analyze workforce data, forecast demand, optimize staffing, and enable data-driven decisions across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a data analytics field, 4+ years of related experience, strong SQL, Power BI, Workday knowledge, and hands-on experience with AWS Connect, NICE, and Alvaria in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics or related field.
• 4+ years of related workforce analytics or WFM experience.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Power BI).
• Hands-on experience with AWS Connect, NICE and Alvaria.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce data to drive staffing and scheduling decisions.
• Improve forecasting and demand planning for the Contact Center.
