Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6–10 years of experience handling California Workers' Compensation Claims.
• Scope includes supervising and coaching staff as needed.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and maintains claims by reviewing coverage/liability and gathering records.
• Conveys complex information to all parties with professional demeanor.
• Seeks settlements within personal authority and advises supervisor for cases beyond it.
• Ensures timely and accurate payment and compliance with laws and procedures.
