Coca-Cola Beverages Florida seeks a Workers’ Compensation Claims Manager at our Tampa HQ. The candidate will lead end‑to‑end WC claims, exercising judgment with delegated authority, and coordinating with internal partners, third-party admins, and medical providers.

As part of Enterprise Risk Management, you will drive outcomes aligned with operational, financial, and employee-focused objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity in RMIS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent combination with experience considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive Workers’ Compensation claims management experience.
• Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation statutes, claims administration, and litigation processes.
• Ability to independently manage complex, litigated, high-exposure claims.

Responsibilities

• Owns management of WC claims from intake through resolution, including investigation and settlement.
• Escalates when warranted and exercises authority within chart of authority.
• Serves as internal subject matter expert for WC claims and regulatory requirements.
• Directs TPAs, nurse case managers, providers, and defense counsel for cost-efficient handling.
• Conducts audits of claim files and reserves, reporting, and compliance.
• Manages claim diaries in RMIS and oversees RTW program with HR and Operations.
• Collaborates with Operations, HR, Legal, Safety and ERM for strategy and risk mitigation.
• Provides direction on complex, litigated claims and presents metrics to leadership.
