Job summary
Enlyte in New Jersey seeks an experienced senior claims manager to lead a workers’ compensation unit, supervise adjusters, review new claims, and guide coverage analyses. The role requires strong leadership, extensive claims knowledge, and client-focused service.
You will support client meetings and drive program reviews while ensuring compliant, accurate processing. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in insurance/TPA claims, 5 years of managerial experience, and deep familiarity with P&C
Qualifications
- Lead claims professional with strong communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in workers' compensation claims handling preferred.
- Ability to supervise and develop a claims team.
Responsibilities
- Be the lead point of contact for clients and ensure accurate claims processing.
- Supervise workers' compensation unit adjusters and staff.
- Review new claims and provide handling recommendations.
- Guide staff on coverage and damage analysis for complex claims.
- Oversee staff claims handling, subrogation, and recoveries.
- Conduct internal claim reviews and audits for quality.
- Attend meetings and ensure appropriate staffing and scheduling.
- Support client meetings and claim program reviews.
