Enlyte is seeking a Senior Area Sales Manager to nurture new business and expand existing accounts within an established geographic territory in the workers’ compensation space. The role focuses on strong client relationships, ongoing account support, and consistent pipeline development.

This remote position requires residing in Pennsylvania or Maryland to support local travel and engagement with TPAs, insurers, and self-insured employers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in sales/account management is required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand existing accounts in the territory.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of referrals and client relationships.
