Job summary

S&S Activewear, a leading North American apparel distributor, seeks a Senior Workers' Compensation Specialist to manage multi-state claims and oversee the program. You will collaborate with HR, Safety, and TPAs to resolve claims, implement effective return-to-work strategies, and drive cost containment.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of workers' compensation experience, strong analytical skills, and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive workers' compensation experience.
• Experience managing multi-state workers' compensation claims programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of multi-state workers' compensation claims.
• Coordinate return-to-work and accommodation programs across the organization.
• Partner with TPAs, carriers, medical providers, and legal counsel to monitor progress.
• Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards.
