S&S Activewear, a leading North American apparel distributor, is seeking a Senior Workers' Compensation Specialist to lead multi-state claim administration and return-to-work initiatives. You will work with TPAs, carriers, medical providers, and HR to resolve claims efficiently, manage costs, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of progressive workers' compensation experience.
• Experience with multi-state claims and cost containment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of multi-state workers' compensation claims.
• Coordinate return-to-work programs and monitor progress.
• Partner with TPAs, carriers, nurse case managers, and medical providers.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards.
