Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Claims Professional to join our remote team handling Workers' Compensation claims in Oregon and beyond. The role requires active adjuster licenses and a proven track record in managing complex claims with precision and empathy.

You will collaborate with clients, claimants, and internal teams to drive timely resolutions, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold our service standards across a national remote work model.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure, plan the proper course of action, and resolve claims.
• Interact with parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants on behalf of our clients with empathy throughout the process.
• Handle claims in accordance with client and corporate policies, procedures, and standard methodologies.
• Document and communicate claim activity timely to support the outcome of the file.
