• Receive Workers’ Compensation claim, confirm policy coverage.
• Investigate validity and collect documentation with state agencies.
• Establish reserves and authorize payments within limits.
• Coordinate early return-to-work efforts and subrogation where applicable.
• Communicate claim status to customers and claimants.
