Berkshire Hathaway Direct Insurance Company is seeking a Senior Workers’ Compensation Claims Representative to lead complex claims and mentor a team of professionals. This fully remote position may require occasional travel for mediations, trainings, and related meetings.

The successful candidate will bring at least 7 years of litigated workers’ compensation experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

• 7+ years of experience handling litigated workers’ compensation claims.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Investigate coverage, determine compensability, and manage workers’ compensation claims across jurisdictions.
• Establish and update reserves throughout the life of a claim with supporting rationale.
• Collaborate with defense counsel, medical providers, and clients to manage litigated files and medical bills.
