Qualifications

• 5+ years of California Workers’ Compensation claims experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• SIP is required, or you must be able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and adjust claims in compliance with laws and company standards.
• Establish and manage reserves within authority guidelines.
• Review, approve, and negotiate medical, legal, and related expenses.
• Authorize payments and negotiate settlements within guidelines.
• Coordinate external vendors and monitor claim progression.
• Maintain timely communication with clients, claimants, and stakeholders.
• Provide status updates, reserve analyses, and reports as requested.
• Support client satisfaction through responsive service and standards.

MS Office proficiency

SIP certification or eligible
