• Experience handling complex or high-exposure claims.
• Knowledge of KY Managed Care plans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate and adjust claims according to standards.
• Establish reserves and review medical/legal estimates.
• Negotiate settlements and manage client communication.
