Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a seasoned claims adjuster in California to manage complex workers’ compensation claims. You will apply analytical skills to analyze exposure, plan actions, and resolve claims with a client-focused approach.

Work closely with clients to deliver solutions, communicate effectively with all parties, and ensure compliance with policies and ethics while maintaining empathy and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.
