Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of adjudicating workers' compensation claims.
• Five years' experience adjudicating workers' compensation claims in SC/VA.
• SC license required at start of assignment.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate highly complex indemnity workers' compensation claims.
• Investigate claims promptly and thoroughly.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation.
• Negotiate settlements and manage claims through litigation as needed.
