The role spans business, technology, vendors, and executives, ensuring readiness and successful deployment across programs. The candidate will translate requirements into actionable plans, manage risks, and deliver governance and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years of project management, consulting, business analysis, or program delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business continuity and operational readiness plans.
• Lead cutover planning workshops with stakeholders.
• Track governance, status, and executive dashboards.
• Facilitate risk management, dependencies, and issue resolution.
• Provide executive communications and decision support.
• Develop advanced project tracking and reporting using Excel/Smartsheet.
