Job summary
AG Consulting Partners, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead business continuity, cutover planning, and operational readiness for complex Workday transformation initiatives. You will bridge business, technology, vendors, and leadership to ensure preparedness and successful implementations.
The role requires a strong business analysis foundation and advanced Excel/Smartsheet skills. You will develop plans, runbooks, dashboards, and risk logs while guiding senior stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience leading large-scale business transformation or enterprise system implementations.
- Proven ability to develop business continuity and operational readiness plans.
- Experience with executive governance and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead business continuity planning and operational readiness for complex Workday transformations.
- Oversee cutover planning, execution, and hypercare activities.
- Develop integrated project plans, dashboards, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks and dependencies.
