You will bridge business partners, technology teams, vendors, and executives to ensure readiness and successful implementation. Qualificações
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required or considered with experience.
- 8+ years in project management, consulting, business analysis, or program delivery.
- Experience leading large-scale business transformation or enterprise system implementations.
- Experience managing system cutovers and production deployments.
- Experience facilitating executive governance and stakeholder engagement.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and maintain business continuity and operational readiness plans.
- Lead cutover planning workshops and create implementation roadmaps.
- Develop runbooks, checklists, and transition plans for deployments.
- Coordinate deployment sequencing, dependencies, and resources.
- Produce integrated project plans, dashboards, and status updates.
- Elicit, validate, and translate business requirements into actionable plans.
