RXO Inc. is hiring a Senior HRIS Analyst, Time & Absence (Workday) to optimize Time Tracking and Absence in Workday. This role partners with HR, Payroll, IT, and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and efficient HR processes.

The position is based onsite in Chicago with a hybrid schedule (Mon-Thu onsite, Fri work from home) at RXO's Diversey Pkwy office. A strong background in HRIS and Workday is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, or HR technology experience.
• Experience supporting Workday Time Tracking and Absence.
• Experience with Workday reporting, security configuration, and processes.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Time Tracking and Absence.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors to resolve system issues.
• Support Workday releases, testing, and implementation projects.
• Maintain documentation, process maps, and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with wage/employment requirements in US/Canada/Mexico.
