Job summary

Fortrea is seeking a Workday Security Lead/Senior Manager to drive the design, governance, and enhancement of the Workday security framework across the enterprise. You will partner with HR, Finance, IT, and Compliance to strengthen security posture and manage risk.

The role includes governance, access control management, and incident handling, with cross-functional collaboration and leadership in audits and SoD controls within a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years of Workday security design and configuration experience.
• Experience implementing and operating SOX and SoD controls in a global enterprise.
• Strong understanding of Workday security frameworks, governance, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain scalable Workday security architecture (role-based, user-based, and intersection security groups).
• Define and enforce governance standards for Workday security configuration and ongoing maintenance.
• Lead User Access Reviews (UARs) and remediation activities with timely closure.
• Configure and review security for inbound/outbound Workday integrations; ensure secure authentication/authorization for integrations.
• Investigate and resolve Workday security incidents; document root causes and preventive controls.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and Compliance to gather requirements and enable security reporting and dashboards.
