Job summary

FORTNA is seeking a Senior Workday Reporting and Security Analyst to join its remote team in the United States. You will design and maintain Workday reports and dashboards, manage Workday security, and support audits with strong data privacy practices.

You will collaborate with HR and senior leadership to translate workforce needs into actionable reporting, while staying current on Workday updates and security features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with HR/Finance information systems and report development tools.
• HR functional experience with data models, org structures, and roles.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and advise on security within Workday application.
• Coordinate with vendors to understand new technology scope and security implications.
• Participate in report reviews ensuring security and data privacy standards.
