Job summary

Cognizant in the United States is seeking a Workday Reporting Senior Principal Consultant to lead our Workday Reporting and Analytics practice, delivering solutions via Report Writer, Prism Analytics and related tools during Workday implementations.

You will design reports, dashboards and analytics, mentor consultants, gather requirements, and support business development while ensuring high standards of customer service and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday reporting and analytics tools across implementations or post-production.
• Strong background in Accounting/Finance is a plus.
• Project leadership in analytics solution delivery.
• Experience with enterprise financials solutions and requirements gathering.
• Subject matter expertise in reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Execute the day-to-day activities of a Workday Reporting Consultant.
• Serve as a Workday Reporting expert with deep knowledge of functionality and design.
• Develop reports, dashboards and analytics to meet customer requirements.
• Mentor other consultants and share product knowledge.
• Lead sessions with customers to analyze requirements and propose solutions.
• Support delivery assurance reviews and business development activities.
