Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Workday Reporting Senior Principal Consultant to lead our Workday Reporting and Analytics practice, designing and implementing solutions using Report Writer, Prism Analytics and related tools in support of Workday implementations.

You will mentor consultants, analyze business requirements with customers, deliver reports and dashboards, support delivery reviews, and contribute to business development while upholding Cognizant’s standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday reporting and analytics.
• Experience with Report Writer, Prism Analytics, Accounting Center, and Office Connect.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Project leadership to deliver analytic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute the day-to-day activities of a Workday Reporting Consultant.
• Serve as a Workday Reporting expert with deep knowledge of current functionality and design concepts.
• Develop solutions, reports, dashboards, and analytics to meet customer requirements.
• Mentor other consultants and share product knowledge.
• Conduct sessions with customers to analyze requirements and transfer knowledge.
• Support Workday Delivery Assurance Reviews to achieve design/build sign-off.
• Identify strategies and options for meeting customer requirements.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices.
• Support business development activities such as identification and proposal development.
