Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Workday Reporting & Prism Principal Consultant to lead design, configuration, and delivery of reporting and analytics solutions. You will guide clients on reporting strategy, implement dashboards, and mentor project teams across complex Workday implementations.

The role requires deep expertise in Workday Report Writer, Prism Analytics, and strong stakeholder management, with willingness to travel on-site as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Active Workday Reporting Certification preferred.
• Workday Prism Analytics Certification highly desirable.
• 5+ years of Workday implementation experience.
• Proven experience leading Reporting and Prism Analytics workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics SME guiding strategy.
• Lead client workshops and design sessions for analytics solutions.
• Design and deliver reporting/analytics using Workday and Prism.
• Lead Reporting and Prism workstreams on mid to large Workday projects.
• Develop advanced reporting solutions with Report Writer, Dashboards, Prism.
• Advise on reporting strategy, data governance, and analytics adoption.
• Partner with HCM, Financials, Integrations, Security, and Data teams.
• Support data extraction, transformation, validation, and deployment.
• Mentor consultants and analysts; support pre-sales activities.
• Contribute to practice development through training and assets.
