Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant to drive Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics implementations. You will guide reporting strategy, analytics and data modelling while aligning with Workday best practices and client objectives.

The role combines delivery leadership, pre-sales support, and people development to grow the Workday practice through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Active Workday Reporting Certification required.
• Workday Prism Analytics Certification highly desirable.
• 7+ years of Workday implementation experience, including multiple end-to-end deployments.
• Experience leading Reporting and Prism Analytics workstreams on medium to large implementations.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics expert leading design, analytics, and reporting discussions.
• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions and design discussions to define scalable solutions.
• Own solution design and oversight across configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Mentor consultants and support business development through proposals and demonstrations.
