Job summary

Huxley is seeking a Senior Workday Reporting Consultant to support design, development, and enhancement of Workday reporting and analytics across Finance and Accounting functions. You will partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics while ensuring data accuracy and governance.

Key skills include Workday Prism Analytics, Workday Reporting, and Advanced Reports.

Qualifications

4+ years of Workday Reporting experience.
Experience building Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports.
Hands-on Workday Prism Analytics experience.
Experience with Workday Financial reporting.
Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields.
Dashboard and executive reporting development.
Large-scale data analysis and reporting.
Requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance Workday reporting and analytics across Finance and Accounting.
Partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics.
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and meaningful business insights.
Develop dashboards and executive reports for leadership.
Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to support business decisions.
