Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience designing test strategies for Workday implementations.
• Experience designing functional, integration, and regression tests for Workday environments.
• Familiarity with Workday HCM, Payroll, Security, Benefits, and Integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test strategies and test plans for Workday implementations.
• Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test cases.
• Validate Workday HCM, Payroll, Security, Benefits, and Integrations.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca, Worksoft, or similar tools.
• Perform test data preparation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Track, manage, and report defects through closure.
• Collaborate with business users during SIT and UAT cycles.
• Validate Workday releases and production fixes.
• Ensure test coverage for compliance, security, and business processes.
• Prepare testing metrics, status reports, and quality dashboards.
