Qualifications

• 3-5 years in software solutions industry.
• Experience as Workday Project Manager (2+ years).
• 1+ year as employee Manager.
• 1 year working for a Workday Partner.

Responsibilities

• Kick off engagements with clients, outlining timeline and deliverables.
• Manage engagements within defined package level and schedule.
• Oversee ticket execution and maintain SLA adherence.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and track variances to budget/schedule.
• Maintain client relationships and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Lead and coach project team members to meet goals and deadlines.
