Job summary

NTT DATA in Dallas, Texas is seeking an experienced Senior Workday Payroll Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance our Workday Payroll environment. You will partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, Benefits, and IT teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll processing.

The role covers production support, reporting, integrations, testing biannual releases, and continuous system improvements. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, plus Workday Payroll Certification, are required.

Qualifications

• Workday Payroll Certification required.
• 6+ years of experience supporting HRIS, Payroll Systems, or Payroll Operations.
• 4+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll administration and support experience.
• Strong experience configuring and supporting Workday Payroll.
• Experience developing Workday reports and dashboards.
• Experience supporting Workday biannual releases and testing cycles.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support for Workday Payroll.
• Troubleshoot payroll processing issues and data quality concerns.
• Manage incidents, service requests and enhancements with SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
• Support payroll processing activities: earnings, deductions, taxes, retro, off-cycle.
• Configure and maintain Workday Payroll elements and security roles.
• Ensure compliance with tax regs, reporting, and internal controls.
• Maintain payroll integrations with Time & Attendance, Benefits, and ERP systems.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate testing for biannual releases and deployments.
