Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a Senior Workday Total Rewards Consultant to lead design, implementation, and optimization of Workday Total Rewards solutions. You will partner with Compensation, Benefits, HR, and leaders to deliver scalable programs ensuring regulatory compliance and an excellent employee experience.

The role supports global and regional initiatives, including testing cycles, data quality, and reporting.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday Compensation and/or Workday Benefits.
Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end Workday implementations.
Strong experience configuring and supporting Workday Compensation and Benefits.
Workday Certification(s) required.
Experience supporting global or multi-country compensation and benefits programs.
Experience integrating Workday with Payroll systems, benefits carriers, and third-party vendors.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize total rewards programs.
Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Compensation and Benefits solutions.
Provide guidance on compensation strategy, pay equity, and benefits governance.
Support global total rewards initiatives and regional transformations.
Configure and maintain Workday business processes for Compensation and Benefits.
Improve total rewards administration through automation and self-service.
