Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst, Payroll, to own the Workday Payroll ecosystem, automate processes, and shape adoption of new features. You will bridge HRIS tools with Payroll stakeholders, ensuring smooth data flow and a unified user experience across the system.

You will balance core KLTO operations with strategic projects, support new country rollouts, and lead cross-functional initiatives aligning with Stripe’s growth and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HRIS/People Systems with Workday HCM configuration.
• Experience with highly confidential information and critical operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects under tight timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical health of Workday Payroll environments.
• Lead configuration for Workday Payroll changes end to end.
• Onboard new payroll countries as Stripe expands.
• Identify and pilot new Workday features and automation.
• Provide Tier 3 expert support for Workday HCM, Payroll, and security.
• Develop dashboards and custom reports.
