This role leads production operations, incident handling, and change governance while coordinating tenant refreshes and test automation programs to ensure reliable releases and reduced risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Workday platform administration and release management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production support operations for the Workday platform across HCM and Finance.
• Own incident, problem, and change management processes including major incident response and RCA.
• Monitor platform health using KPIs, dashboards, and alerts to drive proactive resolution.
• Lead bi-annual Workday release planning, deployment readiness, and production enablement.
