Job summary

Harvey seeks a Senior People Systems Analyst to own Workday HCM, integrations, and security architecture within Corporate IT. You will ensure scalable, secure HR systems and control data integrity across the tech stack.

You will configure advanced processes, oversee integration architecture, and manage Workday security to stay audit-ready while supporting global expansion and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Workday configuration and administration.
• Deep expertise in Workday HCM and security configuration.
• Experience designing and managing Workday integration architecture (EIBs, Core Connectors, API).
• Advanced knowledge of Workday BP Framework configuration and routing.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own HCM configuration and maintenance of core HR data and structures.
• Design, build, and troubleshoot Workday integrations to connect systems.
• Manage Workday security configuration, RBAC, and data privacy controls.
• Configure and deploy complex business processes with rules and approvals.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Security, Data Engineering, and Finance.
• Oversee Workday release cycles, testing, and production deployment.
