Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Senior People Systems Analyst to join Corporate IT as the owner of Workday HCM configurations, integrations, and security architecture. You will ensure scalable, secure HR systems aligned with the broader tech stack.

You will manage Workday releases, complex business processes, and cross-functional partnerships with People Operations, Security, Data Engineering, and Finance to drive efficiency and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Workday configuration and administration.
• A deep expertise in Workday HCM and security.
• Experience designing and managing Workday integration architecture.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical owner for Workday HCM configurations and worker lifecycles.
• Design, build, and troubleshoot Workday integrations to connect to critical systems.
• Own the Workday security model, RBAC, and data masking policies.
