Job summary

Harvey is seeking an Integrations Engineer, Enterprise Systems to build and maintain the integrations that connect our core business systems. You will design, implement, test, and monitor workflows across systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, Workday, Marketo, Snowflake, and iPaaS platforms, with a focus on data quality, operational reliability, and business impact.

You will partner closely with Finance Systems, GTM Systems, People Ops, RevOps, and IT stakeholders to translate business

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in integration engineering or related backend roles.
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms to connect enterprise SaaS systems.
• Understanding of API patterns (REST, SOAP, GraphQL, OAuth, etc.).
• Ability to write scripts to handle data transformations and automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication with non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations between core enterprise systems (Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, Workday, Marketo, Snowflake).
• Develop data pipelines, workflow automations, and reverse ETL-style syncs for multiple teams.
• Translate requirements into scalable, observable integration designs and plans.
• Troubleshoot data sync issues, schema mismatches, API failures, and workflow exceptions.
• Implement logging, validation, rollback, and documentation for critical workflows.
• Collaborate on Lead‑to‑Cash, Quote‑to‑Cash, order management, billing, and reporting workflows.
• Partner on employee lifecycle and identity-adjacent workflows requiring automated data movement.
• Document designs, dependencies, runbooks, and operational procedures for scaling beyond heroics.
