Job summary

SouthState Bank is seeking a Workday Integration Developer to design, build, and support integrations connecting Workday with internal and third-party systems. The role focuses on scalable data flow and reliable integration solutions across the organization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs, maintain existing mappings, and participate in QA and user acceptance testing. Remote work options may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in interface architecture or integrations.
• Proficient in Workday HCM, Finance, Technology and OCM.
• Workday integrations certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services, RaaS, and SSIS.
• Gather requirements and design robust, scalable integration solutions with stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions follow Workday best practices and standards.
