Job summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced Senior Workday Integration Developer to join our HR Technology team. You will design, implement, and support Workday integrations across HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and Financial Management systems in a fast-paced global environment.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience, mastery of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, SOAP/REST APIs, and strong data transformation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday Integration experience.
• Strong expertise with: Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)
• XML/XSLT
• RaaS
• Experience supporting Benefits and Payroll integrations.
• Experience developing Financial and Banking integrations.
• Strong knowledge of integration architecture and data transformation techniques.
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and production support skills.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and enterprise applications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
• Develop scalable, secure integration solutions and collaborate with functional/ technical teams.
• Support payroll and benefits integrations and financial/banking interfaces.
• Design data transformation using XML, XSLT, JSON, REST, and SOAP APIs.
• Create and maintain Workday reports and RaaS solutions; support BIRT reporting.
• Monitor integration health, troubleshoot production issues, and participate in Workday releases and deployments.
