Syneos Health is seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Developer to support, maintain, and enhance its enterprise Workday ecosystem. The role focuses on end-to-end integrations for HR functions, collaborating with HR, IT, vendors, and internal teams to deliver reliable and scalable data exchanges across the enterprise.

The candidate will design, build, test, and deploy new integrations, utilizing Workday-native tools and external APIs, while ensuring security, governance, and compliance

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Workday integration development experience.
• Develop and maintain integrations utilizing: Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect, Core Connectors; Workday REST/SOAP APIs; RaaS; Workday reporting.
• Strong experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, web services, and API integrations.
• Hands‑on experience using Jira, ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills; excellent communication.

• Provide ongoing production support for Workday integrations supporting HR processes.
• Monitor integration health; troubleshoot, resolve issues; perform restarts and root cause analysis.
• Maintain integration documentation, procedures, and runbooks.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain new Workday integrations; ensure security and governance.
