Job summary

Charles Schwab in Austin, TX is seeking a Workday Integration Developer to join the HR Technology Workday Center of Excellence. You will lead design, development, testing, and support of Workday integrations connecting HCM, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits, in a complex enterprise environment of 300+ integrations.

The role requires strong collaboration with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders, driving release readiness, monitoring, and secure data flows while mentoring

Qualifications

• 6+ years delivering, supporting, and maintaining Workday integrations and platform solutions.
• 6+ years of Workday Integration technologies, including Workday Studio.
• Experience with release management, tenant management, test coordination, and deployments.
• Experience designing and supporting inbound/outbound integrations across Workday HCM, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, implementation, and support of Workday integrations across HR functions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure integrations.
• Influence integration strategy, guide release readiness, and mentor team members.
