Job summary

Cloudflare in Austin, TX is seeking a Workday Integration Consultant to design, build, and support Workday integrations and reports across multiple systems. You will collaborate with People & Payroll teams and external vendors to ensure secure, scalable data exchange while delivering robust business processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Workday inbound and outbound integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and related business processes.
• Experience building custom reports, dashboards and calculated fields in Workday.
• Experience with XML, XSLT and web services in integration contexts.
• Ability to design, build, test and support Workday integrations across systems.
• Familiarity with Dell Boomi or similar iPaaS platforms.
• Exposure to security configurations for integrations (X509, PGP, SSH).
• Experience with Agile development and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and support internal Workday integrations across the HR domain.
• Collaborate with business teams to implement robust data exchange with third-party systems.
• Maintain and monitor interfaces between Workday and vendor systems.
• Develop and optimize Workday reports, dashboards and Jaspers/BIRT styles as needed.
• Document integration architectures and security controls; participate in audits.
