You will troubleshoot, provide guidance, and deliver in-depth Workday feature demonstrations, with opportunities to travel up to 20% and participate in the Workday Success Plans program within a collaborative, growth-minded team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT implementation experience.
• 5+ years HR/Finance systems experience (PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards).
• 2+ years software consulting experience.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML and integration technologies.
• Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, WS-Security, SAML and X.509.

Responsibilities

• Deliver small-to-medium scope Workday Success Plans services.
• Provide configuration guidance and demonstrations to customers.
• Troubleshoot product configuration to meet business requirements.
• Communicate responses and value clearly to customers.
• Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features.
• Travel up to 20%.
