Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Sr Integration Analyst to join a leading client for a remote opportunity. This role focuses on Workday integrations and API-driven connections across enterprise platforms.

You will design, develop, and troubleshoot integrations, leverage Workday APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable integration architecture and data integrity. A strong background in XML, SOAP and REST, plus understanding of Workday data model, is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Workday integration experience.
• Experience with Workday SOAP APIs (Web Services).
• Experience with Workday REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of Workday data model and object relationships.
• Hands-on experience with XML structure, namespaces, and schema validation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot API-driven integrations between Workday and various enterprise platforms.
• Leverage deep knowledge of Workday APIs, data structures, and business process behavior.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration architecture and workflow solutions.
