Job summary

Workday is seeking a passionate Technical Consultant to serve as the primary liaison for technical inquiries, both internally and with clients. You will present our technology, devise solutions for client obstacles, and address queries with assurance and efficiency.

You will act as the professional source for integration projects across pre-sales, sales, and post-sale, solving technical challenges and enabling processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years technical integrations experience.
• Experience with configuration tools and ability to fulfill technical tasks.
• Strong analytical skills, thorough understanding, and capability to translate client business needs into application and operational requirements.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the professional source for integration through the Project implementation including Pre-sales, Sales & Post-sale for new and existing clients.
• Lead improvements and enabling our sales and engineering process with tools, processes, and other initiatives; create documentation, whitepapers, and other material for internal and client use.
• Collaborate with clients and partners to solve technical challenges regarding their environment and requirements.
• Translate client requirements into technical solutions and documentation.
