Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Developer to design, build, implement, and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems. You will leverage Workday Extend, Orchestrate, and Studio to connect payroll, HR, finance, and third-party apps.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Workday integrations, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of delivering robust, scalable solutions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience building Workday integrations with Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI.
• 5+ years partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years resolving complex Workday integration issues with strong analytical skills.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday Orchestrate, Extend, and Studio APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design integration solutions between Workday and external systems (payroll, HR, finance).
• Develop and configure Workday Extend applications.
• Design orchestrations, link external APIs, process data, and manage error handling.
• Deploy integration solutions to production with minimal downtime and disruption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, maintainable integrations.
